Functional description

The digital flame scanner analyzes flames UV, VIS or IR radiation, using a microprocessor. The spectral ranges are detected by a solid-state photodetector or UV lamp.

An IrDA/USB is provided to communicate with the computer for setting the scanner parameters and also monitoring the flame characteristics. Also, a switch-over for the set parameters of scanner (intensity and on/off threshold) is possible.
